SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE "INCLUDE THINKING ..."
combined with a panel discussion on world peace
as part of the  Days of Science 2019

On May 24, 2019, a scientific conference took place at the Kobylnica school, which focused on the prospects and use of renewable energy, ecology and peace in the world. All these topics are closely related to the issues raised in the project implemented at our school named "Friends across the water" within ERASMUS +.

Invited guests and students discussed and pondered how to preserve our planet's purity, made suggestions for changes that could contribute to keep the environment undamaged (as part of the Educational Hackaton, projects for ecological solutions were applied, both in households and, more broadly, on an industrial scale). The students shared with their guests their concerns about the escalation of conflicts in the world and were curious about the ways of solving them. Everyone has said that peace in the world is a priority and we must make every effort, starting already in school, to reduce the scale of anxiety, lack of tolerance, racial hatred, which are the most common source of wars.
